Seeing as it’s a landmark and pretty much a museum it makes sense that tax payers pay for it? Should we destroy all museum?

That prison is Alcatraz in San Francisco Bay.

They did a buzzfeed unsolved on this. Allegedly, he was haunted by the ghost of a man he killed during the valentines killings.

I’ve been there, it’s not abandoned. The entire thing is a god damn museum, with tours voiced by Steve Buscemi.
