I hate to break it to you, but technically, alcohol is a group of hydrocarbons, not necessarily dissolved to form a solution. You need to water it down to get to the solution, so to speak.

How could I? The Belgian beer is so damn good and there are so damn many breweries around here, American beer isn't even imported.
