What about things like lying about using contraceptives? BTW in some places, man can't be raped, only sexually assaulted.

There shouldn't be male and female rape, just rape- but sadly in most situations rape against a man isn't taken as seriously. Lying about contraceptives is wrong- but making it a crime is a slippery slope. Unless you have a contract or video who said what in the bedroom is one word against another. Even if it is proven a lie- you can't unmake a baby or force an abortion so what next? How far do we go? They lied about their nationality and you only slept with them because you wanted to cross Polynesian off your bucket list, they lied about being vegan, or wore support garments or make up through sex and now you found out what they look like naturally? They were born a different sec but didn't tell you? It's complex. In life always assume the gun is loaded and trust no one with your life. If you don't want a child make sure you bring your own birth control and insist you use it. Sex is always a gamble on pregnancy and disease, no one or law is stopping you from playing black jack either.
