Depends what page the page number is on, if each of those numbers are back to back or seperate pages make the answer 6 or 3, it could even be alternating
But wouldnt he rip out other pages? lets say page 7 is on the left and page 8 is on the right. If he rips out page 7, he also rips out page 6. And if he rips out page 8, he also rips out page 9
