if you're me you'll completely forget to loot this room and go into the boss battle with two shot gun shells and a bunch of useless grenades which you always just blow yourself up with.

If you're me you'll attempt to loot this entire room, run out of space, and proceed to clear out useful items because the extra heath item might be handy.
