There are some crime that are considered victimless meaning no personal is directy harmed e.g. pirating a movie. Theft is sometimes considered to be a victimless crime, but usually in the context of stealing from a large company such as Walmart.

Yeah but the post is talking about someone robbing a house, not something like doing drugs or pirating a movie that actually is a victimless crime. So there's no reason to act as if someone is calling that a victimless crime.

Oh, I think it was questioning those who do call it a victimless crime and not claiming it was.

I've just never heard someone call a home robbery a victimless crime though, even if it is in quotation marks to question people who do call it that, I've just never heard people claim that.
