So theoretically if Loki got both the mind and power stones he'd be unstoppable with his perfect mastery of mind.

The way the post is worded the level of mastery over mind would dictate the level of power of power and if he had soul and mind his power with the mind stone would be dictated by his mastery of the soul stone. Being Loki he will always have his most powerful feature be his trickery and mastery over the powers akin to that of the mind stone so it would seem logical to me that he would have the most use from the power stone.
