I like that they're educating people about this. But safe your money and try buckets of different sizes and see what works best for you. Standing up and squatting does the trick, too. And it strengthens your legs.
I've always had a bucket in my cabinet under the sink anyway. Sure, this product is specifically designed for it, but I'm not willing to pay that much money for it. If it were 5 bucks, maybe.
I'm not sure if that was clear, but I'm saying you should put the bucket upside-down, so you can actually put some pressure on it with your feet.
