me too, though some cars may have gotten over a steeper ascent, the descent would have been a risk due to the intersection

The access from the highway needs to be longer or there’s too much buildup of traffic during rush hour

There needs to be a common sense test and this picture needs to be under "foresight" and if you can't see exactly that, you automatically fail the test.

Ask the city planning majors. I think they have more to do with road design than civils do
