Probably decided against it after venting their feelings. I planned on doing the same a couple of weeks ago but decided not to after I had put down my thoughts. Felt good.

Good for you for writing it down. I’ve had the same thing happen for me on multiple occasions. It’s amazing how a simple pencil and paper can save your life.
