I see this "1 of 5 a day", "3 of 5 a day" on recipe websites pretty often. What does that mean? Food groups? Vitamins?

I think they say we should eat 5 portions of fruits and vegetables a day, so that bag is one portion.

Oooh okay.
I'm on a diet rn so for dinner I just eat a sliced microwaved tomato with a bit of cheese on it. I guess that counts.
