This is Art, just amazing

Couldn't you just take a software program that pixelates pictures, feed it the photo and then work a week and a half filling cups to match the output and do the same thing? And if you have rainwater all those colors, you should move.I'm guessing they colored the rainwater. Which pretty much makes it a paint by numbers project.

Is the foot slightly deformed, or is it just me? (yes I know I'm deformed but come on you know what I mean)
