Don’t know if you are serious or going along with the joke, but i’ll explain just in case: there’s an alien species in doctor who called the silence that you immediately forget about once they are not in your field of vision, so the characters started drawing marks in their arms to know when they had encountered them

The only reason I think the story is fake is because the girl had a panic attack over it. Doesn’t seem that plausible over tally marks.

As a person who suffers from panic attacks, I think the phrase they were looking for was “One girl felt mildly disturbed”. Nobody would have a panic attack over a ~spooky scary~ TV show reference.
