I used to think that shit sometimes as a kid. And then, sill lying, I would lift my legs above my head and pretend like I was walking on the ceiling. (this word lying upsets me, to clarify I wasn't telling crap, I was on my bed)
I just checked because a wild doubt attacked me : https://www.grammarly.com/blog/lay-lie/
From what I see laying means setting something down, like I was laying my opponent's guts on my hair, whereas lying is used to say that I are the one in a horizontal position. Or am I misunderstanding something?
