I LOVE actors who are so good at being a bad guy that I fully out hate them. It's really not that hard to play the good guy and be loved, but to play the bad guy and make people hate you so deeply is proof you are a great actor.

Circe Lannister from Game of Thrones. She's played in a lot but thats what shes referring to here

Her face does not look like Cersei. I remember Cersei having a rounder face and less pronounced cheekbones.

It's the long blonde hair and than the short hair both framed her face in such way.

Its surprising how much changing from blonde to dark hair can change the appearance of facial features and shape.
