If I call someone a bitch either
1 they a friend
2 they a bitch
If i call someone sweetie either
1 they a bitch
2 they a bitch
Or very rarely
3 they a friend
"Listen bitch."
I'm trying to stop you or explain why you are wrong.
"Look Sweetie."
You have already F'd up and I may or may not be angry depending on what follows. But you f'd up.
This is why US Southerner's say "Bless your heart and bless her/his heart." Bless you heart is a compassionate comment. Bless her/his heart is is agreement that they f'd up.
I have no problem if my bros say"Hey bitch or WTF bitch." We wouldn't say that to a female. That would not be gentlemanly. But as a group of guys calling each other assholes or bitch has never been a problem.
As in, "Get your bitch ass over her , We're late."
"Sorry, I was looking at these memes.."
"Better be a Spongebob or Kermit in there."
Well I mean it's the same with guys and "asshole / dickhead / mofo" (used as a funny friendly nickname) vs "buddy / friend / guy" (used in a condescending way). It really depends on the tone.

"Oh sweetie... " and that's how I start burning a bitch alive
By covering her with sugar then set her on fire
