That is beyond stupid. There is a reason Viagra comes with warnings about prolonged erections. Priapism ( what it's called) can cause some rather serious effects. Which can include but, not limited to, permanent erectile dysfunction, disfigurement, and/or infection. So this entire anime would be all about a man that would have horrible and after a month possibly life threatening consequences.

I get it, I watch plenty of anime myself but that doesn't mean it's not stupid. But there is stupid and then there is "stupid" this would fall into the later category.
