At first I thought you were talking about 100mph and there ain't any way a web is going to support something at that speed. Of course the comparison between humans and spiders is a bit far fetched. (Insert scientific facts about wind resistances and mass ratios) There's a big difference between 60mph and 550mph(average plane speed).
Keep in mind, some species of wasps are well known for stinging their prey so it's paralysed, hauling it back to their nest, laying their eggs in it's belly. The eggs hatch, and the young will eat the prey alive.
They've been known to do this to caterpillars. Or, in the case of the tarantula hawk, they feed on tarantulas. Or invade beehives. And, of course, there's other lovely species like the Japanese giant hornet.
I think there's a great deal of spider species that deserve fear, but I'd still generally rather deal with spiders than wasps.
