Random citizen climbs building in 30s to save kid

There was a wall between the balconies and he couldn’t reach the kid.

You can actually see in the videos that he was pulling the kid slowly closer so he could have a safer grip. He maybe didn‘t want to risk and pull him with one hand it that angle so that the kid wouldn‘t slip out of his hands.
