No team wants a hero player. Someone who tries to do the whole game by themselves is someone who shouldn't be on the court in the first place. It's a team game for a reason.

A one man army doesn't mean scoring yourself every time, it means knowing the defense, getting people open easily, scoring when necessary, shutting down the opponents offense, calling screens and not turning the ball over.
