This is definitely not about the Pacific Ocean off the coast of the US. It’s freezing compared to the Atlantic, even down here in LA!

It took me a second to figure LA as a city instead of a state. I was so confuzzled. Anyway... I'm not sure about LA, but when I lived in Humboldt I couldn't go in the water without a suit. Shit was cold mang. Supa fucking cold.
