I don't use a holder for my main home toilet. I don't like bending over... I just sit the roll on top of the toilet.

Only been to hotels in Europe, never left the continent. Can’t say I remember seeing these there

I've been to Europe 4 times and I saw it there. Also saw it in Argentina.
