It's because most vegans/vegetarians didn't stop eating meat because they don't like the taste of it, but because they don't want animals to suffer for their food. So why is recreating the taste of meat such a strange concept?
I've never encountered those. Don't get me wrong, I've met a lot of vegans who'd scream 'MURDERER' in your face while you're eating a burger, but I've never heard one arguing that it tastes bad.
Like the vagina, that is pleasured by a phalic shape, regardless of the owners meat or no meat preference. Bread has been made to also take certain shapes. The sausage shape and flat patty’s.
This rapidly went places I wasn't expecting, but I can't really fault your logic

Making vegan options is one of the few things vegans do that makes sense. Like yeah, if you want other people to stop eating meat you kinda have to present affordable, suitable alternatives.
I've seen dozens of them talking about how the smell/taste of meat makes them wanna throw up
