Well crap. I get both complex migraines and minor seizures. I've waited 13 years for this movie and I'm either going to have to wait until it is available at home or go to the theater severely medicated.
Thank you for the heads up @maebubbles, seriously.
Serious question, would watching this with the lights up reduce the possibility of migraines and seizures? Our theater has showings for those who can't attend the movie under standard movie environment circumstances that has the volume turned down and lights turned up. Yours may too if that helps!
Yeah seriously, spread the word on this, my parents and I saw it last night and I felt bad because my mom has chronic migraines she gets lots of treatment for and it gave my dad one too :(
As a chronic migraine sufferer... Thank you so much! I can’t tell you how many movies I have put off seeing or go to and end up triggering a migraine because I can’t tell if it will do so or not.
Disney did testing and said it passed them safely enough to not need a warning, but I know my husband would have avoided the movie altogether had he known about the flashes. Glad I could help, sorry it is such a bother for some of us.
I hope that was vague enough for no spoilers
Thank you for the heads up @maebubbles, seriously.
