It looks like it's a species of stick insect, possibly the Goliath Stick Insect
Also - those are it's front legs, not antennae, if anyone is struggling with that as much as I was

They apparently are herbivorous, mainly come out at night, and, despite being from Australia, aren't listed as being harmful to people.
This likely IS a female given the size, which, if it's any consolation, cannot fly.
The females do possess the ability to "clone" themselves by reproducing without having to mate though, so we have that.
