I don't really watch twitch streamers so I don't quite get this. Can anyone explain?

Some streamers have a functions enabled.. So if you donate a specific amount, you can let read out loud a text you choose by text to speak. Let's say you donate 5€ with the text "hey i love you dude", then a text to speak software on the Computer of the streamer is reading this text over the speakers. By this you can trigger alexa to let alexa tell you the position of the streamer by let the programm say "alexa where i am" or other command.
