You mean changing the way you clean yourself? We've got so many already, with jet washers, bidet, dryer, even with UV. But I guess some countries keep using papers.

Washing yourself with just water isn't completely hygienic, and neither is paper. Women, for example, have a greater chance of contracting a yeast infection if they only use water. The humidity creates a nice environment for bacteria and other organisms.
