Pokemon eyes evolution

I actually never noticed that, it's intriguing

Of the original 151 Pokémon, many did have sharper more aggressive looking eye shapes. However many also had round “cute” eyes- meowth, evvee, pilachu, richu, sanshrew, caterpi, the squirtle, charmander, seel, dratini, so on. Plenty of newer Pokémon have the sharper eyes as well. It mainly depends on what aesthetic they want for a given Pokémon, region, or batch of Pokémon.

gen 1 is best

I actually like most of the newer gens more than the older. Pokemon designs got pretty creative (minus some of the BnW Pokes)
