There should be an option to show only photos

There is. At the top of the All page is a button to customise what it shows you, including whether to include pictures, gifs and videos.

Me and my husband have unlimited data talk and text. We have to because my family lives in Texas and it is cheaper for us to have this than phones and internet lol
And honestly I forget some times that not everyone has unlimited lol
