He just gave $33mil to a foundation that provides scholarships for undocumented migrants who came to the US as kids.

Why not donate to a foundation that provides scholarships for young kids that are actual citizens and are poor or disadvantaged?

If I had to guess I would say it was to infuriate the President. They don’t like each other.

To be fair, kids who come into this country undocumented are disadvantaged and usually poor. If they came in that young, it likely wasn’t their choice.
