Me. Need to fix my sleep schedule within 3 days. Can't sleep until 2am, waking up at 2pm.

When I need to fix it, I stay up the night before I want my schedule fixed and force myself to stay awake through the night, into the next day, and then fall asleep at my target time. Has worked every time for me.
