I have issues with customers ripping off clearance stickers and claiming the product they're buying was clearance.
I caught a man trying to ring up a go pro. Barcode wasnt working so I come over to help. Had a clearance sticker. The sticker said $8, but was labeled department 7 (which is toys, not electronics where the go pros are) and the label read "tmnt figure"
Since I cant accuse a customer of stealing, even though I caught him, I had to say "I'm sorry sir. Someone put this sticker on this product. Let me fix it for you"
I took sticker off and the go pro rang for $120. He demanded to see management. Management agreed with me
Yo that happened to us. There was a sign that said “$15” above these heaters. But then somehow someone had put a small flip book (that’s part of our store signage) on there that made it read “4 for $15”
We checked it and when my manager says she couldn’t sell it to her for that price, she immediately pulled out the Facebook card
