Maybe but you're getting into some temporal mechanics mumbo jumbo. Cause it would be just as likely that nothing would be detected since it's happened. There would be no anomalies because the timeline for the present would always be what it is. The only way to detect a "change" would be to have something outside the timeline that could monitor the timeline. But then whatever timeline used it would only reflect their timeline from the point it was used. Timey whimey stuff that really is pointless because we don't even know if time is something that can be manipulated. Keep in mind perception of the passage of time is only part of time as near as we can figure. Kinda like trying to physically manifest a concept.
