there is a motorsport that is variously called “gymkhana” “motorkhana” and that might have other names. It is similar to this and requires a driver to navigate a course of cones and other obstacles using maneuvers like this (but varying in skill from easier to harder). It can be a lot of fun and many local events are held for a low entry fee where one can practice such tecniques legally and relatively safely. It can be hard on a car, so it’s best to have a “toy” car and not your daily driver- but some people do use their only cars for motor sports, and others may split the cost of a car they can take turns playing with.
