But according to the vet my trash panther is a russian blue (about 1000 dollars "new"), and it's true that she's not a luxury item to me, but rather a gift from the gods. She's a bit of perfection in this chaotic world and the fact that she just popped in my garden has nothing to do with that.

Idk what guest is trying to say but I can assure them my cat doesn't eat birds. She's a couch potato and never goes out. However, most humans eat chicken and turkey but that's none of my buisness.

I know a lot of dogs, and none of them were bought; all of them were from a shelter. Very few people buy from breeders.
