Not true. One of my cars came with 2 sets of key (plus valley key) and so one of the sets has never been used. Another of my cars has had multiple sets of keys in its life, so no single set of keys has traveled very long. My friend bought a car from Hawaii with about 50,000 miles on the foo that came without keys. The car has traveled from Japan, to the east coast of the US, to Oregon, then to Hawaii, and now back to the continental US. the key he has was made in the United States and traveled from the east coast to the west coast, and sits in his drawer because the car is being restored. So it is possible for a car to have traveled farther than the keys- it depends on how often you have your car keys with you, where the car and key originated, their route from factory to you, your travel (my partners car keys have traveled over 30,000 miles this year by plane alone, while my car keys usually stay at home for travel), and other factors. So your keys have PROBABLY traveled farther.

Well that's just out of the ordinary, most peoples experiences are accurate to the meme

What is ordinary for the spider is a very bad day for a particular fly. But in a more direct sense, if I can come up with a similar story for near everyone I know, would that not then be ordinary for me? And if it ordinary in my life, should I assume that I’m so special that it couldn't be ordinary for others? But even if we say it is statistically probable to be more common one way than the other, what we have is a statistical probability and not a truism. So regardless it is misleading to say something as though it is a fact when it requires qualifiers.

I feel like you may be overthinking this just a tad bud.

As the previous post says, it’s all relative. You might not dedicate the time to examining this that I have, I wouldn’t dedicate my time to learning sports trivia or rules. Someone else might not want to dedicate the time to gain a degree in particle physics. Yet here we are communicating in a language that originated with our “overthinking” ancestors who refused to make due with the simple emotes that had served survival fine to that point. On technology that exists because people sat there and overthought all the things you could do by combining devices with a controllable dual state with a bunch of connections and logic gates. Science, math, and philosophy are intrinsically linked. Math is the language of the universe, science is the explanation that can’t truly exist without language, and philosophy is how we understand what all that means to us as humans, and ourselves. If there is such a thing as sure investments, investing time and thought to yourself is certainly on the list.

I need more detail than that, your response was too short

I don’t have much more unprompted detail to give. I apologize but I don’t like to overthink things. If you have a specific question though I’d be happy to elaborate the point.

I've had two cars...... together... 20k miles. By cruise ship and by air? 125k+... BEFORE I HAD KEYS. Pre 9/11, flying wasn't as arduous.
