Plus sometimes it's an emergency and it's the only one open and some bathrooms I've been to keep the baby changing station in the disabled stall so a mom with a baby would have to use that one

Yeah I have a serious issue with some places where they ONLY put the changing tables in the disabled stalls....
No. They're called disabled because they have the space and bars for people who have disabilities to be able to use the restroom versus the other stalls. Just because able bodied people also use them doesn't mean their intent is no longer for disabled people.
I kind of felt this way about the male bathroom at work. We had two bathrooms (like the full closet-size room with it's own door kind, not the stalls in a large empty space with multiple people in there at one time), one designated male, one female, and I'd avoid using the male one in general, but if it was the only one open, and I only had 2 minutes before I had to get back to work, bet your ass I'd use whichever was open. Same rule applies to the handicap. I'll avoid it if possible, but otherwise, it's still a toilet. If it bothers them, they can just pretend that being unable to function because your bladder is about to explode is a handicap. Not trying to be disrespectful, but not willing to get a UTI or pee my pants over it either.

Also *their. I'm sorry, it's truly not important, but it was bothering me an unreasonable amount

I’m of the opinion that it’s not an exclusive to people in wheelchairs thing. I have an adult daughter that’s not physically handicapped, but has significant cognitive delays and I have to help her in the restroom. You betcha I’m going in the handicapped stall every single time.
