But they wouldn't have a Car dealership - the closest thing to it would be a Maternity Ward where the cars are lined up in front of the glass while proud mama's stop and look at their new babies.

And if they can replace their wheels, how much of the car is really the living being? Is the chassis like the shell of a snail or is it part of the animal itself?

@kaiserwilhelm Humans completely replace their cells every few years. And even if we are "running out", cars aren't being given less than they need to run.
