That's just not a health person. It's very possible to have a health loving polyamory based relationship. I forget who said it but there's a quote somewhere out there that says basically "if you're in a relationship worrying about what you are getting out of it the relationship is already over." Which isn't just true about dating but also with friendships.
The way we work it out is My wife gets every night except Thursday. And my gf only gets 12 hours on Thursday. It's simple, create a system and stick to the rules.
