this isn't at all like that. Whether they buy tickets or use boxes to look over the fence they are getting the same product. Viewership of the baseball game in person. They would only be able to pay with the sound of money if they were sitting behind the fence listening to the baseball game without looking.

That fence is the boundary of that field. They haven't crossed it, so they haven't done anything to constitute trespassing. Moreover, buying a ticket provides a different service than merely being able to see the game. You also get a seat, access to concessions, and access to a restroom, which is different from just seeing the game over the fence. They aren't committing any crime by just looking over the fence, nor are they wrong for doing so.

Usually the ball field also owns the ground surrounding the field for a mite distance. Access to concession isn't a service it's an availability for an additional option with your order.

Equity is for people who don't understand how the world works. Equality of opportunity is the better alternative because it isn't inherently discriminatory. Equality of opportunity means they all have the chance to get the boxes they need. Equality of outcome, e.g. equity, means the boxes are given to them at the detriment of others.
