I always carry it, its a folder that uses box cutter blades, I have personal issues against standard pocket knives especially those with half serrated blades.

Don't care for serrated blades as they're such a pain to sharpen but a good knife can be used as a wedge, a pry bar, and a screw driver in a pinch. The box cutter is much more limited as it's really just a sharp edge, a good sharp edge yes, but just a sharp edge.

True, but that's why I carry something like one of these with my keys, except mine has two screwdriver ends.

Or you could just carry a knife. But I get it whatever your personal reasons are you have found a reasonable alternative that while maybe not as handy is just as efficient.

Considering I was stabbed by a regular knife, in a very unpleasant fight with a miserable excuse for a woman for no reason other than the fact that I wanted to go for a walk, regular knives are not my go to tool unless I feel like have a panic attack, (which is never since they suck!)
