It gets worse he tried so hard to convince the guy he was Mr. Bean the guy just got pissed off. The guy thought that he was a faker just pretending to be the real Mr Bean. lol.

Maybe the guy was too dumb to realize Mr. Bean is not a real person.

No he was saying the actor who plays Mr. Bean. It just was the guy thought there be no way the actor be there where they were. He probably thought there is no way I would ever meet a real actor.
