What what? Generally speaking Random people can't own eagles, hawks, or any other bird of prey. You require special licencing to have one of them in your possession at all in America or Canada as far as I know, and probably in other countries as well. Additionally, training them takes YEARS and requires a lot of skill and patience on the falconer's part. They're not born loyal, they don't really imprint on people, and birds don't typically attack flying plastic, so it's a work in progress that starts when they're chicks-- not something most random people have the ability, money, resources, or patience to handle. They're also being used pretty much exclusively by police forces etc to take out rogue drones-- aka drones that are in areas they're not supposed to be.
Either way, some places are already scrapping the idea (like the source of the gif) because the birds are expensive and they're not convinced they'll reliably tackle the drones as needed.
