How could millennials have been married long enough to bother the divorce lawyers? My son's a millennial and he's only 21.

Millenials were born between 79 and 95 meaning the oldest are almost 40 and the youngest are around 23. Those are both old enough ages to get married and regret it.

Hmm, I thought that age group was called Gen Y, Millennials are late 80's to early Noughty's. Can't find a definitive answer on Google.

'Gen Y' was the original term for what people are now calling 'Millennials'. I personally prefer the term 'Gen Y'... or even 'Gen Why?'

Millennial are people who were old enough to hypothetically recognize the significance of the changing millennium but also probably hadn't started a family. Even 95 is pushing it; 93 is probably closer. 79 is about right for the lower end.

The headline is "tongue in cheek." It's actually a good thing to reduce the need for the divorce "industry." But at least someone managed to get offended by that, so it's true to Milennial form.
