Leopard will win I bet. They are biologically designed to be ruthless, powerful, and fast-moving killing machines. They are responsible for anywhere from 100-300 human deaths per year in the world, and will sometimes hunt for sport.

Not even close, literally everything you just said also applies to the tiger and its bigger, stronger, and faster. The only advantage the leopard has is in the tree because it's lighter and can maneuver better.
