Dad jokes aren't even funny

Husband: Hi, ‘You’re Not’. I’m ‘Leaving You’.

I still don’t “get” this joke. Goes over my head every time

What is exactly meant by this joke? Is it because the husband is note the wife's dad or the husband is not the baby's dad?
