It’s actually the Yosemite “fire falls”, a once nightly yet now discontinued tourist attraction in which park workers would slowly rake glowing coals over the cliff face— this is a long shutter exposure too— and they stopped because it was ruining the cliff face. Internet clickbait/ misinformed ppl will say it’s a trick of the setting sun’s light hitting the falls that only occurs once a year — that’s false.
