specially on runescape thats no big deal. your character needs a long time to walk from a to b or when you do stuff like mine.you make a click and then you wait for like 4-10 seconds. while that time you can do other stuff on other accounts. some people play on 10-15 poker table at the same time.. THATS difficult. but not playing 4 runescape accounts at the same time.

yup, why not? you just need a custom client. did you ever saw how poker players do it? they have like 8 and more windows on one monitor :D a while ago i did the same with only 2-4 windows at the same time.. i couldn't handle more because i'm a poker noob :D it's really hard to manage all that windows etc. (you have just like 20 sec to react) ^^
you can do the same with mmorpg's.. just there you control like 10-30 accounts at the same time.. it's called multiboxing & is really fun (but hard to manage) :D or you do it with runescape with a normal mouse and clicks^^
Often times when I'm on a chess binge I'll be playing 30 to 50 games concurrently. Usually ends up with at most 15 games actively going at the same time but it's still really fun
The most I've done is playing 2 Pokémon games, listening to stories online and reading a Reddit post all at the same time, and I thought that was impressive

well, the dude on the pic is doing stuff which don't really need much brain / focus^^ in one window he is mining.. here he just needs to click every 5-6 seconds with the mouse on a specific position which is always the same. in the other window he is walking from a start area to a city.. here he needs just to click every 5-6 seconds on a new area (to decide where the character should walk to).in the other window he basicly just stands at a npc (bank) without doing anything much. and the last window is if i see it correct fishing.. this is too not rly hard to do. to make it short.. what you did is harder than what you see in the picture^^
