Tbh in this day and age I'd be taking screenshots of everything-- the sent texts, the date and time and content (censored I guess) of her social media, and the compiled efforts of everyone else involved, and I'd show them to the teacher and explain I did everything I could. At least there's a papertrail now and you can hope the teacher will sympathize..
