That's... obviously photoshopped. Don't get me wrong, there are animals who are incredible at this whole looking like a different animal thing. Like that caterpillar that can puff up its tail to resemble the head of a viper, and even wags it the same way a snake moves its head. But this is most likely not the case here, as cool as it looks.
